Please Help with 30744B and 40650

Question

I have a crank window. Unfortunately, I do not know the brand. The photo I've included shows the crank and all hardware. Once I crank the window open, the screw jumps off of the track and I am unable to close it all the way from the inside. I have to have someone to push it in from the back. The numbers that show on the hardware are 30744B and 40650.

The operator looks similar to our 39-187. Please compare the dimensions and let us know if anything differs. I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by the screw jumping out. If the operator is worn down, that's what you will need to replace. If it's an issue with the track beneath the operator's arm coming apart, you need a new hinge set. See if the 36-004-10 matches up.
