Please Identify an old discontinued shoe

Hello, I have this pivot shoe I need help identifying. It has been stated that it has been discontinued. Is it possible for me to have a replacement in relation to this shoe?

Yep, I'm afraid this shoe isn't made anymore. We can help, but the only solution we have at this time is to replace the entire balance assembly with a new kind of special order balance that we have.
If you're interested, please tell me the length of metal channel on the original balance. Please also tell me the stamp printed on it. To play it safe, I'd also like to see a photo of the old metal channel just to be 100% sure. Finally, please tell me how many you need. We can work from there!
