Please Identify The Replacement For This Milgard Window Balancer

I'm looking for a replacement part for this Milgard Window Balancer. The length (minus end clips) is 33 inches.

We should be able to help, though your balance is a little particular. Can you show me a picture of the underside of your bottom shoe? That would be the gray plastic bit in your second picture above. I'd also like to see the clip at the end of the cord. Finally, please tell us the weight of the sash that this balance supports.
