This is a no name 6'X3' tilting window.
There are no markings that I can see but I have not removed the existing balance.
I have watch your informative balance replacement video but are unsure of the parts I need.
The windows are 25 years old.
Please advise.

It appears you have a tilt window spiral balance. With that in mind, I recommend our 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 5/8" diameter Series 600. You'll need to measure the outer tube to confirm which Series matches up best. We'd be happy to help with the pivot shoe but we'll need to see photos of it removed from the window along with the written-out thickness and width dimensions.
