Please assist with ordering replacement parts for the attached pictures need left and right

I could not find a name on the part. USPAT4241.541 CANPAT350.432 this number was also on the main part 40471.

Here are some other numbers on the other parts - 20610, 20545, 30472 R.H., 30342R
