Hey there,

Thanks for your post! The window balance you have is a custom, Weathervane assembly. The attachments used are the 19-038 Top Fitting and 15-193 Bottom Fitting.

I'm happy to provide you with a quote for the replacements but I'll need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances for custom assemblies.
