Based on your photos, I was able to narrow your balance down to two options. You have either our Series 385 or our Series 380 channel balance. The difference lies in the depth of the shoe. The S380 balance has the 15-005 shoe, which is 1" deep. The S385 has the 15-004 shoe, which is 1-3/32" deep.

Measure your bottom shoe and that should determine what you've got. Get back to us if you have any questions!
