Please confirm identification of this non-tilt channel balance

~1993 Alpine vinyl windows
Caldwell HM 26 4
27" length on the metal
9/16" wide
pictures (uploaded) of top & bottom vinyl plastic guides - both have wings

From studying the pictures/dimensions I think top is 19-005 and bottom is 15-004
I would need to order S385-27 2640

Measuring the depth of the bottom shoe was tricky - but looks to be 1 1/16 or 1 3/32

Requesting another set of eyes before I place an order.
