I have two houses that have vinyl windows that have these type of locks. The windows were probably installed more than 10 years ago. No markings can be found on the white vinyl locks. Holes are 2 inches C to C.
The biggest problem I am having finding a replacement is the one side of the lock has a curved bottom. Therefore the edge of the window near the glass is not flat.
