Please help identify casement window parts

Quick Learner from CA
We need to replace (1) white cranks with 5/16 bore size, (2) case for the crank since ours is cracked (around 5.25 inches wide, 1.1 inches deep, 1.5 inches height) and (3) window opening gear assembly (see explanation below).

On one of the windows, the window opening gear assembly is broken (see images exposing the turn gears). In this window, I noticed the screw handle at the base of the crank is rusted and slips against the adjacent gear when the crank is turned such that the window does not open. Can you let us know what gear part we'd need to replace to get this window to open? Please let us know the recommended products to order through you for all the issues above.

Could I see the operator removed from the window? Or, at the very least, can you open the window and take a picture of it then? I can only see part of the base, but I need to see the arms as well in order to identify the balance. Can you also confirm the size of the bore? Your handle looks like our 39-205, but that has an 11/32" spline. For the cover, see our 39-323.

I'm afraid you cannot replace or repair the gearing on these operators. The whole part will need to be replaced.
