Please help identify either S385 or S380?

Question

The length is 21, its should be Non-Tilt window. 1/2" width. Could you please help me to figure out which number it is? I tried so hard to find where to order them. Thank you!

I'm afraid I cannot confirm which Series it is you have. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom shoe. You will need to measure yours and refer to our information to confirm the better match.
