Please help identify replacement

Metal is all brass.
Old measurements (some wear may have occured?):
Wheels measure 1-1/8"
Housing meaures 3-1/16" long, 11/6" wide, 1-1/8" deep
Flange has hole, not slot, and is above the housing

Please start by reviewing the style of the 81-056 roller assembly. Compare the dimensions to your original to confirm a good fit! This roller is available with a 1" or 1-1/4" diameter wheel option, but the housing is adjustable so you should be able to make up the difference.

My concern is the 1-1/4" will not allow door to slide back in place. Is there a big chance we had 1-1/4 and the edge of wheels wore down?

It is possible that the original manufacturer used a different sized wheel.

The housing of the roller can be adjusted. It is up to you if you want to try out the 1" wheel or 1-1/4" wheel option that we offer. The size can be chosen on the product page.

If you find that neither are adequate, we also carry a 1-1/8" wheel that can be switched out. See the 81-223 wheel along with the 81-310 axle kit.
