Hello,

This looks like our S385 channel balance. You'll just need to determine the length of the metal channel and choose a spring strength option based on the stamp number that should be on the balance itself. Thank you!

That would be an S385-33 with a 3240 spring strength option. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

A home owner from San Ramon, CA says:
The length of the metal channel is 33 inch. However, I don't know how to read the stamp which is (32 4 LV CMC 7). Could you help determine the spring strength based on this stamp? Can I weight the window and determine the spring strength?

Thanks,

Eric

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Sure, as long as the bottom fitting has the same 1-3-32" depth as your original balance, you would need the S385-27 with a 2640 strength option.
