Please help identify this Truth Hardware part

Hello,

Attached pic is removed from a small celestry window. They are the arms which attach to the sides of the window allowing it to hinge in and out. The part numbers engraved on them are 30128 and 30128A (presumably for left and right).

Hi Patrick. Looks like this might be our 36-048 Hinge Set. Look over the dimensions to see if this matches what you need.
