Thanks for posting! Your casement operator appears similar to our 39-089 5" Window Dyad Crank and the opposite handed version, part 39-090. Take a look over the dimensions and design of the operator and compare them to your existing hardware. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need. 

The compatible crank handle is part 39-114L.
