I have attached pictures and 1 video of parts I need to replace.
Can you please help identify the pivot system used on this commercial door?
I would like to know the name of it and if you also sell the parts. Please let me know.

Thanks for reaching out! You have a type of hidden closer/pivot assembly. Unfortunately, we do not carry the replacements for them.

I believe you will need to contact a Commercial glass shop in your area or a locksmith who repair commercial door closers.
