Please help identify this weather strip

This is from a 25-year old cladded French patio door on the hinge side. Unfortunately I do not know the manufacturer. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It's hard to say what you have here since your weatherstrip is worn. The 58-173 comes to mind though. Have a look at the specifications below and see how they compare with an undamaged sample of your old weatherstrip.
