Please help identify which one I need

Question

I need 22 of these. I think it is the 30" series 385 channel Balance. S385-30. However I measured the winged channel balance shoe depth and it is 1 inch. Not 1-3/32 as this one is showing on the website.

Hello!

If your bottom shoe measures 1", see our S380-30 channel balance. I can't make out the stamp on your metal channel so I'm not sure what stamp option you'll need. We suggest you weigh your sash on a scale to determine the appropriate option. There's a chart on the S380's store page that will show you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
