Please help identify window channel balance

Question

It has "26-9 KI5 CMC" stamped on it, as seem in one of the images. The top piece is 1 1/16" deep. The bottom piece is  3/4" from the tip to the metal. Can you help identify what part I need? Thank you so much!

Welcome to SWISCO. Carefully compare your balance with our S380-27. Measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe and match it up with ours. Since your stamping does not correspond with any of our stampings, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer back to the sash chart on the store page.
