Please help identifying parts

Good Morning,

I am trying to replace broken hardware for glass block tilt windows in my house. I am looking for the correct part numbers for both the latch and the keeper. The distance between hole centers is 2 1/4 inch on the latch and 1 1/4 inch on the keeper. Please find attached photos of an unbroken setup. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
