Thank you for posting. Have you seen out 18-107? This appears close to your own hardware, but compare them and let me know what you think.

18-107 is 3/4" wide and mine is 5/8".

Ah, I just went back to check our 18-107 to be sure that everything was correct, and wouldn't you know it, our width is also 5/8". The measurement on our site was a typo! We've fixed it now, though. Sorry for the confusion!
