Please help me find a Window Balancer like this

Hello! We are looking for 4 more window balancers just like this one. We took this out of one of the existing windows. We've had bad luck with ordering parts online only to get them and have them be the wrong thing, so rather than just ordering a generic window balancer, I want to make sure it's exactly right! I don't know if there are different kinds or what makes one different from the other.

There don't appear to be any markings on this one. It is 28 inches long from one end of the metal piece to the other. The little plastic things on the sides make it a little bit longer.

Thanks for posting, Emily. I'd be happy to help you determine what you need. First, what is the depth of this shoe? Do its dimensions match our 15-001? Also, what does the top attachment look like? Does it have wings or not?

If there is no stamp on the metal channel, then can you give me the weight of the window sash? That will help us determine what option you need.
