Please help me find a new locking door handle

Question

1 - 7/8 inch door. Center to Center on screw hole is 3 - 15/16
Need a replasement locking handle for my sliding door aprox 30 years old

Thanks for your post. Perhaps our 82-020 mortise style handle set may be just what you need. If you should also need a new key lock, our 82-310 key lock is worth considering. Take a look at both pieces to see if they would work for you.
