Please help me find the right product

Hi,
I bought these single hung window from Home Depot about 15 years ago. The metal part of balance measures length 20.5" width 0.5", windows weights 14.5lbs. Stamp on balance 20 2(see photo). The winged shoe width I measured 1.09" so 385 should be correct.The closest I see from your web site is 385 20" option 1930. Is it the correct product I should order?

Referring to picture, the channel balance shoe I have is taller than your 15-004(see photo). Does it matter?

Also, see the photo of the hook, does it matter if your 385 product is not exactly same?(like it won't secure well).

Lastly, if the product I ordered does not work, can I return it?

You have a special kind of balance that will have to be custom made. Our Series 385 will not replace this.
