Hello,
My tenant pulled this window balance out of the window like this. I've looked around your site a bit and I haven't been able to find anything that fills perfectly.
The metal piece is 20 inches long and 1/2 an inch wide and has a stamp on the back that reads 1960 HX. I think that means the weight range needs to be 22-26 lbs.
That's really all I know at the moment, let me know if there is anything more that I can provide that might help with identification.

We should be able to help with this. I'll just need a bit more information so that I can narrow down your replacement options. Could you show us photos of this balance in undamaged condition? It'd also be helpful if we could see the shoe your balance uses. We don't recommend guessing the weight range so we will need the exact sash weight in order to determine the strength calibration for your replacements.
