Before we start, I just want to go over everything to make sure it's right. It looks like your balance is using our 19-005 and 15-001 attachments. Can you confirm? Can you also confirm that your balance is 30" long, as indicated by your stamp? Finally, I think you might want to go with our 2930 option. Two balances with this option can hold a window sash weight of 16 through 23 pounds. Does your sash's weight fall within that range?
If the above information is correct, then the replacement window balance you need is our S395-30 with the 2930 option.
