Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the Series 770 channel balance. This has a different terminal clip than yours, but it should connect to the pivot shoe the same way. Review the specifications and see what you think.

You will also need to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the appropriate stamp option. There's a chart under each length's product description that you can use as a reference for which option to select.
