Hi
I need 32" balancer for a milgard non foldout window. 1/2" wide.
Attracted are pictures of the ends. Could you please help me with the correct replacement.

This looks a lot like our Series 385 channel balance. However, usually a balance with a stamp of 26 5 measures 27", not 32". You may want to double check the length of the metal channel just in case.

Yes you are correct. I re-measured and it is 27".
I will order series 385.
What do the options 2610, 2620,.....etc mean? which option do I pick?

You likely need the 2650 stamp option, to check, remove the window sash and place it on a scale. A pair of S385-27 with stamp 2650 will carry a window sash weight range of 26 though and including 30 pounds.
This information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.

I weight the sash. It was 25.5 lbs. Is it close enough to go with 2650?

You should probably go with the 2640 option, since your sash weight is just under 26 pounds.
