28" channel balance with stamp 2740

At one end(near spring attachment), I see plastic part has wing.
Plastic part at the other end(near pulley) does not have wing.

Please let me know if I need to send more picture for clarify.

Thanks for posting. The channel balance looks like the S395-28, with a stamp option of 2740. Look it over to confirm you agree. It's difficult to say for certain what the identity of your Top Sash Guide is without seeing an undamaged version; but yes, the 18-174 looks promising based on appearance. Just go over the dimensions listed to confirm they match your old Top Sash Guide; if they do you should be good to go. Let us know if you have any further questions.
