Please help me replace these hinges!!

Question

The hinges currently on my cabinets are original with the house, so about 20 years old.  They are not standard, so the ones that look similar at Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, etc. are not the right fit.  Can someone please help me find replacements for these hinges.  The original ones are starting to fall apart and the cabinet doors won't stay shut.  Thank you for any help or suggestions.

Thanks for your photos. The closest hinges we offer for a replacement hinge are our 32-340 and 32-349. Take a look at both parts to see if either of these will work for you.
