Please help to identify my balance

Hello,

This is a channel balance of 29" length and 1/2" wide channel. Besides it has printed the following numbers UB 28C. Please let me know if you could identify the plastic ends, and if you would send it assembled.

Hi- thanks for posting!

Based on your photos and information, we believe you need our Series 380-29" side load balance with a 1" depth bottom balance shoe. Please compare all measurements and dimensions carefully to be sure though. The spring weight for (28C) is our (2830) option.
