Please help to identify part ( Coil )

Question

Hello,

The window does not stay. Looks like the coil is broken and needs to be replaced.

Please advise any other parts are needed and models number.

Hey Colin. I believe we can help, but we'll need more information. We'll need you to remove the entire assembly from the window and show us pictures, especially of the pivot shoe. The pivot shoe is the part further down the window track that the coils connect to, and from which the window sash pivots from. The identity of the pivot shoe will tell us the identity of the coil balances you need. To know how to remove these systems, see the video below.
