Thanks for contacting us, Mary. Based on these pictures, I'm confident that you either have our Series 390 or Series 351. The only difference between these two balances is the bottom nylon fitting: the Series 390 has the larger 15-001 while the Series 351 has the smaller 15-002. You'll have to measure your shoe and refer to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
