Please help with identity for replacement.
Stamp is "26 4 CALDWELL IM" Lenght of metal channel is 27",

Thank you for posting images.
The balance attachments look like SWISCO products 15-004 & 19-005 which is our series 385 replacement balance.
The stamp 26 4 for a 27" balance normally translates to 2640, this will carry a window sash weight range of 19 through 26 pounds.
See our S385-27 with the option 2640.
