Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell the guide in your photos. Does this belong to a guide assembly or roller? If it does and if you could show us photos of that, we can see if we can suggest a new roller as a replacement.

Thanks for getting back to us. This old guide is no longer available but take a look at our 23-044 as a possible replacement. Review our specifications and see what you think.
