Please identify this pivot shoe for replacement

Could we have you provide with the width, height, and thickness of the pivot shoe? 

Thanks for the measurements. Based on everything you have submitted to us, it looks like you have the discontinued Carefree pivot shoe that is 15/16" wide by 3/8" thick. We suggest going with the 15-134 pivot shoe. You will also need to replace the pivot bar with our 26-297 as a replacement. Lastly, we want to mention going with the 75-006 charging tool to attach your 3/8" Series 900 tilt balance to the pivot shoe.
