Please identify top and bottom

Question

Need tops and bottoms, balancer is 6230 (27") but I can't identify the winged ends. Please help
From side to side is aprox 1 3/8

Thanks for writing in! Your channel balance looks a lot like our Series 700 balance with a 19-001 top and 15-008 bottom shoe. Since yours is 27", you'll need the S700-27 with a 2630 stamp. These balances are fully assembled and ready to install.
