This is a black nylon part. It appears to be a pivot on the top of a tilt aluminum window. I can install it onto the window if that would help you and take a picture. Please let me know

Hey, Dan. I'm afraid I don't recognize this. Seeing one installed would be a big help. I'd also like to see the shoe with which it interacts, if possible. Thank you!
