Please provide replacement part number

Hello. I have a vinyl sliding door that needs a new lock and I was hoping you could provide me the part number so that I could order it from you. I saw one on your website that looked close but it had two slotted opening in the center where mine only has one with the other hole being empty. The door does not show any brand name but I included the standardized testing tag hoping that might help you. It is about 9 7/8" between the outer two screw holes (the pictures do not show this well).
