Please provide the part number for this window balance. If I were to only replace the channel balance top what is the part number? Mine has a rivet.

Hi, Paul.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance is our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. Measure as shown in the image below to determine the best match. You will also need to select the 2730 option based on the 27 3 stamp on the metal channel.

If you only wanted to replace the top fitting, the 19-005 would be my pick. As for the top sash guide, our 18-008 looks like a better match but look over the specifications and see what you think. I also agree that the 90-005 sash lock looks like a good match as long as the specifications match up.
