Please review photos for window hardware

Question

We are looking to replace the window spring. Not sure of which one. We've included two photos. First one is the actual spring with a number marking "2630". The other is the sticker located inside the window frame with series AA775. Google says it's a Milgard window. Please call or reply with correct spring and its accessories. Thank you - Mario

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid the manufacturer information isn't too helpful for identifying the balance you need, as these balances vary quite a bit across brands. Meanwhile, the stamp code of 2630 tells us the calibration of the spring inside the balance, but it doesn't tell us the identity or Series of balance you need. To confirm this, we need pictures of the nylon fittings on either end of the balance. From there, we can narrow down what you need. Many thanks.
