Can you help me to order 2 replacement balance springs for one single hung window.
I cannot see any other manufacturer markings accept those on IMG-6504.JPG

Hello Rich, It looks like you have either our S351, 15-002, or S390, 15-001, channel balance. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need to know the length of your balance and the weight of your sash in order to choose the correct option.

Great, it sounds like you'll need our S351-29 channel balance with a 2840 option. Either the 2840 or 2850 option should work for your window since it is right on the cusp of both options. As long as your old balance worked okay previous to them needing to be replaced, I'd stick with the 2840. Thank you! |
