I was able to get pictures of a good guide from another window and it appears to be closer to the 18-009 guide but please verify.

I'm afraid I can't verify if our 18-009 will work or not. Your tape measure is actually blocking my view of your top sash guide in each photo, so I can't really make it out. The dimensions the tape measure are showing also aren't clear. However, if they match up to those we show on the 18-009 store page, then this would be our best bet.
