Thanks for writing in. We can replace this balance for you, but I believe it will have to be custom made due to its unique design. Can you tell us the exact weight of the window sash? Also, how many balances do you need? We will get this started for you as soon as possible. Many thanks.

Thank you for your patience with us. I am not sure why the window company used this balance, but it's ok, we have an alternative to suggest that may help solve this matter. Take a look at our S770-35 balance. This comes assembled with a top hole for the mounting screw. as well as, the 15-043 terminal clip attached to the cord. Take a look and see what you think. For the stamp option, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the sash weight chart listed on the store page to determine the correct stamp option. If you are also in need of a replacement pivot shoe, compare yours with our 15-212 and see if this will work.
