Plugin window parts

Question

Hello, I'm looking for  latch/lock for plygem casement windows and window balances for single hung windows. I've included pictures that have what looks like part numbers on them and window labels

Unfortunately we are not able to provide a suitable replacement for the lock shown. I apologize for the inconvenience.

For the channel balance, are you able to provide a picture of the top of the metal channel along with a picture of the front of the T-lock shoe? Thank you!
