Plunger Pin

Question

The old Marvin Window plunger and rabbit hole. Plunger needs to be less than 5/32" by a slight amount to fit the rabbit hole. Will part #70-009 compress a bit so it might work?

Thanks for posting. I do believe the 70-009 is our closest match. If it's a slight difference from 5/32" I don't think it would be an issue, but if it depends on what that 'slight amount' you mention is exactly. You might be able to widen the holes ever so slightly with a rat file, but I wouldn't do this without being absolutely sure the 70-009 will fit or not. If you do try it, let me know how you make out and we can proceed from there. Again, I do think the 70-009 is our closest match.
