Ply Gem Window Crank

Hi,
Trying to find a replacement for this Ply Gem window crank. It seems like it has been stripped to the point that the window won't shut all the way. The user is currently borrowing the crank from the window beside the problem window and it does close it completely, so this crank seems to be the problem. From the photos you can read the numbers on the crank. The number inside that seems like a model or part number is 45393.
