Ply Gem channel balances and pivots

Question

I've included some photos. Do you have compatible replacement parts? The metal part of the balance is about 32.75" long from the top hook and 1/2" square. I couldn't get the pivots out.

Thanks for posting. We should be able to help, though this balance will need to be custom made. Before we begin, can you first tell me the length of the metal channel itself? Don't count the hook or shoe or anything. Can you also tell me what the stamp reads? Finally, how many did you need?

To remove the shoe, just tilt it down and twist it 90 degrees. It should come out fairly easily. While it's out, let me know its overall width.
