Ply Gem glider window latch

Handy Person from Brooklyn
The latch on my Ply Gem glider window broke off. Ply Gem Windows told me that you handle all of their repair part. I hope you can help me. The window was newly installed last year in 2023. The windows still have their original product stickers so I included photos of all three stickers. I cannot really tell which one has the window model number. Hoping you can help me identify the latch I need to buy to replace. Thank you!

Hello there. I am confident we can help, but we carry a number of sash locks that look like this. Can you tell me the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole, on the lock? That will help narrow down your options. Many thanks.

Thanks, Bob. Yes, the spacing between screws on the stationary panel is 2.25". The spacing between screws on the gliding panel is 2". See photos.

Thanks! I suggest our 90-274. This has a 2-1/4" hole spacing on both the lock and keeper, however the keeper's holes are also oblong so there's a fair bit of wiggle room there. Worst case scenario, you should be able to reuse your original with the new lock without issue. You can review its specs below to confirm.

Thanks very much, Bob! I really appreciate the help identifying a part.

I got 90-274 and 90-278 just in case, since the spacing on my lock is closer to 2" and 90-278 has holes 2 1/16" apart. We'll see which one works best.

Appreciate the assistance! Great site, and helpful service.
