Ply Gem windows-tilt latches are brittle/broken

Question

Trying to find replacement tilt latches that came off Ply Gem windows installed in 1999. They break when trying to release the latch. Dimensions roughly 2.645 inch by 0.685 inch  in the top rectangle. The insert bottom width is 0.560 inch. I can not find this replacement tilt latch in any local hardware store. Thank you.
